Core Competency Indicators
This program aims to cultivate talents with professional and practical skills in information and communication technology (ICT). To achieve this educational goal, students are expected to acquire the following core competencies upon graduation. These competencies also serve as indicators of the department’s teaching outcomes, as shown in Table 2: Correlation between Core Competencies and Competency Indicators of the International Industry-Academia Collaboration Program for International Students.

Common Core 1.Chinese Language Reading, Writing, and Application Skills 1. Possess Chinese writing skills, able to read Chinese texts, and attain a Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate of level B1 or above.
2. Able to accurately use punctuation, vocabulary, and syntax to write practical texts.
3. Able to participate in discussions on reading materials, share insights, and demonstrate writing skills.
2.Communication and Expression 1. Able to clearly express one’s own ideas and understand the ideas conveyed by others.
2. Possess the ability to collect and organize information, and present it in written and oral reports.
3. Able to appropriately convey thoughts, concepts, and opinions through spoken, written, or other forms of communication.
3.Professionalism and Teamwork 1. Possess a professional work attitude, the ability to get along harmoniously with others, and an understanding of one’s role and responsibilities within a team.
