About us
Language and written expression serve as vital tools for conveying thoughts and emotions, standing as core emblems of cultural identity. Today, nearly one-fifth of the global population speaks Mandarin Chinese as their primary language. As worldwide interest in learning Mandarin surges, an extraordinary opportunity emerges to advance Mandarin language education globally. Located near Taoyuan International Airport and the Taoyuan Metro network, our university sits at the heart of the Taoyuan Aerotropolis. This prime location not only fosters industrial cluster growth but also drives strong demand for Mandarin language learning.
To advance our internationalization goals, the university established the Chinese Language Section under the Language Center in March 2013, which was elevated to an independent Center in May 2015. We take pride in being the first technological and vocational institution in the Greater Taoyuan area to establish a dedicated Mandarin teaching center. Supported by distinguished faculty and modern facilities, we deliver engaging, practical coursework paired with immersive cultural experiences—maximizing student learning outcomes and offering an authentic educational journey in Taiwan.
Guided by our mission to promote Mandarin education and foster cross-cultural exchange, we provide comprehensive programs emphasizing listening, speaking, reading, and writing, seamlessly integrating theory with real-world application. Furthermore, we actively pursue academic partnerships with domestic and overseas institutions to cultivate top-tier Mandarin language educators.
