To Build a Great Campus in Nanya

Nanya's future development is positioned as a "professional university with quality ROTC". We will move toward a sustainable Nanya with a people-centered campus culture, innovation for the future, and improved quality of teaching and learning; cultivate students with dual careers (professionalism and employment) and dual competencies (knowledge and skills); and establish a cycle of goodness based on fairness, justice, and openness to create a new era of excellence and glory for our university.

To achieve such a goal, we must build on our people-centered approach to education. In addition to a people-oriented system design, it is more important to create a culture of trust with a sense of confidence and active cooperation, as well as a campus that encourages the presence and exchange of ideas, and a sense of justice and friendship where ideas collide with each other, so that all kinds of cooperation can occur naturally and bring abundant energy for teaching innovation. For Nanya, the combination of the beautiful campus landscape, the unique humanistic and academic atmosphere, and the integration of Nanya with the surrounding community has become a unique area in Longchangli, Jungli City. Therefore, the medium- and long-term planning of the future university town, especially after the opening of the Taoyuan Green Line MRT, is one of the most important tasks of the university in the future.
Second, according to the above positioning, six major development goals of the school are proposed.

1. Healthy and vibrant green campus
2. Diverse and Innovative Learning Environment
3. Nurturing Cradle for Whole Person Development
4. Pragmatic teaching and research
5. Deep Plunge into Altruistic Development for Shared Prosperity
6. Unified and friendly administrative team

There are eight responsibilities and priorities for Nanya Institute of Technology:

• Continue to grow ROTC and remain the #1 civilian military university in the nation,
• Stimulate faculty passion for teaching and improve the quality of teaching,
• Amend the law appropriately for effective administrative management to improve the quality of teaching,
• Revise the teacher evaluation method, reward and replace the good and the bad, and positively motivate the staff,
• Multi-directional strategic alliance, enrollment of internal help plus external help,
• Appropriately rent venues (e.g. local cultural and recreational activities, high school vocational activities, examinations, corporate training, long-term care organizations, etc.),
• Actively seeking grants from the Ministry of Education or the government to revitalize teacher and student input,
• Connecting with high school vocational personnel around the world to enhance the image of the ROTC leader.

I believe that vocational skills can activate dreams, and professionalism is the only way to realize the future. We hope that the future Nanya will be a diversified South Asia, an AI South Asia, a tough South Asia, and a South Asia with the military spirit of the National Army.
I hope that at this critical moment of childhood, I will work together with all Nanya people to promote the innovation and optimization of Nanya in a humane and progressive way and write a profound and timeless page in the history of Nanya's development.
