於境外生輔導辦公室網站新闢輔導專頁，提供相關法規資訊，在臺就讀期間常見問題之Q&A及各主管機關/單位諮詢管道，並設置可於線上立即填送意見信箱，由專人回覆及協助處理。

|
設置中、英、越南、印尼語服務專線於週一至週五上午9時至下午5時由專人接聽(印尼語及越南語另有專業翻譯)，協助及時解答學生問題，非上班時間也有語音答錄服務，學生可留下想詢問的問題、建議或陳情、檢舉案件及聯絡資訊，於上班時間由專人優先處理。

International students in Taiwan can submit inquiries regarding study, living, and work-related rights through this platform.

A dedicated counseling page has been established on the International Student Affairs Office website, providing relevant regulations, a Q&A section for common issues during study in Taiwan, and contact channels for various competent authorities. Students can also submit inquiries online, which will be promptly addressed by designated personnel.

The multilingual hotline is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with professional translation for Indonesian and Vietnamese. The hotline assists students with timely responses to questions. Outside office hours, a voice message service is available for students to leave inquiries, suggestions, complaints, or contact information, which will be prioritized by staff during working hours.
