Academic Guidance and Schedule
Our university maintains a rigorous academic environment and fully respects students’right to education. A comprehensive set of academic regulations has been established, including:
• Course Selection Regulations
• Implementation Rules for Course Selection
• Summer Course Regulations
• Regulations for Repeating or Retaking Courses with Regular Classes
• Regulations for Extended Study Students
• Examination Rules
• Regulations for Leave of Absence and Make-up Examinations
• Implementation Guidelines for Graduation Requirements
• Implementation Guidelines for Midterm and Final Examinations
• Guidelines for Remedial Teaching
• Implementation Guidelines for Off-Campus Internship of International Industry-Academia Collaboration Programs
• Departmental Rules for Off-Campus Internship under the International Industry-Academia Collaboration Program
These regulations provide clear guidance and support for students throughout their academic journey, covering course selection, examinations, graduation requirements, remedial instruction, and off-campus internships.
To further support international students in the Industry-Academia Collaboration Program, a dedicated academic and personal counseling mechanism is in place. Each class is assigned a homeroom advisor, and depending on class size, three to five faculty counselors are appointed to provide personalized support through a mentoring system. Special attention is given to students with unsatisfactory academic performance or poor attendance. Continuous and effective counseling is implemented to help students achieve their learning goals and ensure successful academic outcomes.
